ON THE WATER

Water sports are a way of life in Penticton and floating the channel is a summertime must. Guests can sail, wakeboard, kite board, kayak, canoe, and paddle board.  We have partnered with EPIC Cycling who rental Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP) at a 25% discount to guests.

FARM FRESH

Penticton has the best farmers’ markets in BC on summer Saturday mornings from 9:00 -12:00 on Main Street and Lakeshore Drive (a 10 min walk from the resort). Go for breakfast and choose from the European inspired bakeries, fresh farm produce and food trucks. The meat pies are a must-try and when it’s hot, don’t miss the fruit galettes and ice cream pops. Local sellers proudly grow, make, bake or create everything they sell.

Here in Penticton, we have a rich and diverse history for you to explore. The Penticton Museum is a must stop for its many exhibits on Penticton’s history. Or check out the SS Sicamous to learn about the marine history and heritage of the Okanagan. Our local artists can be found in Penticton’s art galleries, and the SnPink’tn (The Penticton Indian Band) represents one of the seven communities of the Okanagan Nation.
