What time is check-in and check-out at Kettle Valley Beach Resort?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Does the resort allow pets?

Yes, up to 2 small dogs (≤30 lbs) with prior approval are allowed. A $15/night fee per dog applies.

Is parking available on-site?

Yes, one unassigned parking stall is available per room. Oversized vehicles, trailers, and boats are not permitted.

What is your cancellation policy?

For standard rooms and suites, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before arrival. For the 4-bedroom suite, 30 days’ notice is required.

We have stayed at Kettle Valley Beach Resort every summer for the last 4 years and will always come back! Shelly, Kendra and their staff have always been so accommodating to our needs, even allowing us to check in a couple hours early – we drive 5 hours from Vancouver. You cannot beat the location and outdoor seating area is perfect for bbq dinners and wine after a long day at the beach. Thank you kettle valley!

First stayed here in the early 1960’s as a kid. Forgot how good the location was. It’s been refurbished since then (as one might expect) and is very nice especially considering its age. Recent renovations have been tastefully carried out. Would stay here again given the opportunity.

Location is great. Right next to the beach and nice cozy bar facing the lake. Hotel’s inner patio is great addition with two full size bbq grills, fire pit and lots of seating area. Rooms were clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Check in and out was smooth and hotel admins provided excellent support throughout my stay. Thank you.
